In certain cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.
Billing and Payment Information
Product License Payment
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all product invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the product license subscription in advance of the time period during which the product license is active. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, at our sole discretion, payments may be applied to outstanding invoices in your billing account.
Product License Renewal
You are responsible for renewing your product license. For license renewals, you can opt to purchase the same product or contact our sales team via email for an invoice.
Taxes
Listed product prices do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority, unless otherwise provided. Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated.
Pricing and Product Information
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information. Instances may arise in which product(s) are priced incorrectly on the website or where the product information supplied is inaccurate. Antivirus Software Ltd will not be held bound by the incorrect price(s) in cases where such error(s) occur. Antivirus Software Ltd will not be held responsible for errors in the product information supplied.
Should a customer purchase a product that has been incorrectly priced or described, the customer may elect to cancel the sale and receive a refund. In this event, this product is to be returned for refund within 30 (thirty) days.
Product Return Policy
Antivirus Software Ltd allows for cancellation of sale of a software license in exchange for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase.
Online Payments
At the time of placing the order, the transaction details and authorisation obtained is used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. As a protection against fraud, Antivirus Software Ltd reserves the right to request additional identification documents, credit card billing statements and photocopies of any credit card used to make purchases on our online Store. Antivirus Software Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders for customers who decline to make such information available or in cases where the information presented is not conclusive in allowing us to ascertain your identity and authorisation to conclude the online purchase.
Online Payments Refunds
Any refunds processed will only reflect on the specific payment gateway used to place the order. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
